At Pooja Place, each idol and product is crafted with love, devotion, and the finest materials. We take great care in ensuring your order reaches you safely and in perfect condition. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
• You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• The product must include all original packaging materials (foam, thermocol, bubble wrap, etc.).

Include the following details in your email:
• Order number
• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
• A short description of the issue
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Please note: You must report damages or defects within 48 hours of receiving your order for the return to be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable ItemsBecause our products are handcrafted and delicate, we cannot accept returns for:
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Used or handled products
• Sale items or gift cards
• Minor variations in color, size, or texture (which are natural in handcrafted products)
• Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at yourpoojaplace@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item
RefundsOnce we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please remember:
• It may take additional time for your bank, Apple Pay, or PayPal to process and post the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at yourpoojaplace@gmail.com.
• All return or replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
• Replacement is subject to product availability.
