• We offer Free Delivery across India through trusted and verified courier partners.
• For international deliveries, standard shipping charges will apply based on the destination country, weight, and package size.
• Please note that customs duties or import taxes, if applicable in your country, must be paid by the recipient.
2. Order Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom or large-sized idols may take additional processing time depending on craftsmanship and packaging requirements.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and shipped, along with tracking details.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
• Within India: 5–10 business days (depending on location).
• International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on customs and courier service).
Please note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or festive rush periods.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (if provided).

5. Packaging & Handling
All idols and delicate products are carefully packed with protective materials such as foam, thermocol, and bubble wrapto ensure they arrive safely.
Larger idols are securely crated to prevent damage during transit.
6. Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive a damaged parcel or suspect mishandling, please:

Take clear photos/videos of the outer packaging and product immediately.

7. Change of Delivery Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, the address cannot be modified.
